SEREXIA is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare and pharma market, with proven success in B2B sales, especially in life sciences, medtech, or health-tech domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers in pharma, medtech, diagnostics, hospitals, and health-tech companies.
- Lead the complete B2B sales lifecycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Deeply understand client needs and recommend tailored SEREXIA solutions in consulting, analytics, and evidence generation.
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align client solutions with SEREXIA’s strategic vision.
- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.
- Represent SEREXIA at healthcare conferences, webinars, and external forums.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystem – especially decision-making dynamics in pharma, medtech, and hospitals.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience with solution sales in RWE, health economics, evidence synthesis, or digital health is a strong plus.
