Position: Senior Health Economic Modeler

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Health Economic Modeler who can independently design and build cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other economic models to support market access, HTA submissions, and commercialization strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop de novo economic models including CEA, CUA, and BIA.
- Adapt global models for local country submissions (localization).
- Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario analyses, and probabilistic analyses.
- Interpret clinical and economic data to inform model assumptions and inputs.
- Develop technical model reports and communication materials for clients and HTA submissions.
- Collaborate with statisticians, RWE specialists, and evidence synthesis teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-6 years of hands-on health economic modeling experience.
- Proficiency with modeling tools (Excel/VBA mandatory; TreeAge, R, or Python preferred).
- Strong understanding of economic evaluation frameworks (NICE, ICER, HAS, PBAC, etc.).
- Knowledge of survival modeling, Markov models, and partitioned survival models.
- Degree in any discipline if you understand the principles of HTA, health economics, decision modelling, and challenges of non-HTA healthcare systems.
